The world's leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for a CASH 360 Business Analyst. As a CASH 360 Business Analyst, you will provide forecasting, reconciliation and analysis for our end-to-end retail cash management solution.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Provide daily Cash inventory services for retail customers. to include the ordering process of funds with banks
  • Investigate and provide resolution to cash deposit differences between customers, banks and armored transport providers; provide communication, organize and hold meetings to resolve
  • Provide in-depth reconciliation analysis with Banks/transport providers/customers
  • Provide extensive analysis of data; escalate appropriately to senior management
  • Forecast Cash usage of retail clients; trouble-shoot issues and respond to customer inquiries
  • Create, affect or implement standard policies or practices
  • Assist in other inventory management or reconciliation activities and analysis as needed
  • Participate with CASH 360 team in support of new customer/project installations and performance troubleshooting

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess mathematical, financial or accounting experience or educational background in these subjects
  • Prior work experience reconciling (general ledger) accounts, analyzing data or statistics and forecasting
  • Work history must include demonstration of the ability to communicating effectively with various employee levels, from entry-level to senior management or educational background in presentations or white papers

  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail


  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must have proficient analytical skills
  • Must be able to analyze statistics and forecast cash usage of retail clients
  • Must be able to reconcile cash management accounts
  • Must possess strong verbal and written skills
  • Must submit to a pre-employment drug test
  • Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:         Office; indoor with minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures expected

Major activity:        Working on PC while sitting; telephone use

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:      Limited, to include some standing, bending, limited stretching, and reaching
